Packing and Sending Your Cards

To ensure your cards arrive safely at Ruby Grading, please follow this packing guide:

Packing your cards:

Slip each card into a soft, acid-free sleeve. Please ensure you use one sleeve per card.

Put the sleeved cards into semi-rigid cardholders for added protection and stability. Please ensure you use one cardholder per card.

Box It Up Right:

IMPORTANT: You MUST clearly write your order number on a piece of paper and place it inside the package with your cards. You can also write the order number on the outside of the box in a clearly visible spot. This ensures the cards can be accurately matched to the correct customer order.

1. Cardboard Sandwich

We recommend you place your cards that are now in their own sleeve and cardholder inbetween two slightly larger pieces of cardboard for extra security. Secure the cardholder “sandwich” with rubber bands. Please ensure that the rubber band is tight enough to hold the “sandwich” together but not too tight so that it could damage the cards.

2. Sturdy Box

Find a sturdy cardboard box slightly larger than your protected cards.

3. Cushioning

Fill the empty space with packing peanuts or bubble wrap to keep your cards from shifting during travel.

4. Seal the Deal & Send

Securely close the box with strong packing tape and send to Ruby Grading, Co-Space, 25 Town Square, Stevenage, Hertfordshire, SG1 1BP. For the safest and most reliable service, we recommend sending your cards to us via Royal Mail. Use their tracked delivery options ensure your package reaches us quickly and securely.
